Belgorodenergo entered to the Alley of Labour Glory

In accordance with the decision of Governor and the presidium of the Belgorod association of trade unions, IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division entered the regional Alley of Labour Glory. Governor of the region Evgeny Savchenko and Chairman of the Belgorod association of trade union organizations Nikolay Shatalov handed in the certificate to Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division director Sergey Demidov and Chairman of the primary trade union organization Anatoly Androsovich.

Maxim Titov, a master of the section of electricity metering and optimization of losses of Gubkinsky Distribution Zone, was noted in the list of the best employees. In 2017, as part of the team of IDGC of Centre, he became a silver medal winner at the Rosseti Interregional Professional Competence Competition for electricity metering, showing a high level of professional skills and receiving the award as the youngest participant.

Belgorodenergo employs about four thousand people. The HR policy of the company is aimed at the social security of workers, professional development, improving safety and working conditions. Despite difficult social and economic conditions, the management retains such forms of social support as voluntary medical insurance, insurance against accidents and diseases, payment of benefits and financial assistance for the purchase of medicines, payment of costly operations. People’s satisfaction with working conditions is evidenced by low staff turnover.

In 2016, the branch received the "Certificate of trust to the employer", which indicates the inclusion in the register of employers that guarantee the provision of safe working conditions and full respect for workers’ rights. In 2017, Belgorodenergo once again became the winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" in the nomination "For development of human resources in organizations of the manufacturing sector".

On the regional honour board today there are 33 labour teams of various branches of economy and social sphere and 33 workers who achieved the highest indicators in labour.
