Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the results of work with customers for the first quarter of this year.
During the reporting period, the company received 6,333 requests from residents of the Kursk region. More than 960 of them concerned issues of connection to the company’s grid, 1,512 - the provision of value-added services, the rest of the requests were related to reliable and high-quality power supply to customers.
765 requests were registered for the provision of the service "Execution of work related to the client’s competence in the process of grid connection" ("Grid connection support"). The service includes the fulfillment by the grid company of all obligations of the applicant in the process of grid connection. Thus, the energy company undertakes to perform a full range of activities from the point of connection to the customer’s power installations (development of project documentation, construction and installation works, necessary tests, preparation of a technical report, etc.).
Replacement/installation of metering devices was in demand. Since the beginning of this year, 594 citizens have applied for this type of value-added services of the branch.
About 50 customers, in particular, legal entities left requests for the service "provision of technical resources". In particular, the provision by the branch for temporary (limited) use of overhead power lines for location of communication lines on power line poles was in demand.
For 3 months of 2018, the company received 820 positive pieces of feedback from customers. They thank the power engineers for the high-quality and fast execution of works, note the high level of qualification of the employees of the branch who advise them on the issues of electricity supply.
