IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division was among winners of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "The Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency". It is annually held by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. Power engineers received a diploma "For the development of social partnership in organizations of the production sphere".
The contest was held in 2017 among enterprises and organizations of the Lipetsk region. Participants were asked to prove their leadership in several ways. The selection of the best took into account the achievements of the companies in such areas as observance of labour rights of workers, improvement of labour conditions and safety, development of social partnership, formation of a healthy lifestyle and others. The winners were determined by an expert working group on the basis of the methodology approved by the Ministry of Labour of Russia. Today, the winners and prize-winners in the building of the administration of the Lipetsk region were presented honorary diplomas by Vice-Governor Andrey Kozoderov.
"It happens that the desire to get profit makes the detriment of the interests of workers. Today there are no such leaders in our hall. There is another approach: the enterprise is ready to invest resources and efforts in the comfort conditions and well-being of its employees, and it is in this case that the enterprise works 100% efficiently. And the regional administration is always ready to cooperate with such organizations," the deputy head of the administration of the Lipetsk region finished his speech.
The competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" has been held annually since 2000. Holding the competition is an opportunity for organizations to demonstrate achievements in working with personnel, improving labour conditions and safety, developing social partnership, and creating a healthy lifestyle.
"For us, the diploma of the All-Russian competition is a high assessment of the social policy pursued. In my opinion, the secret of our success is not so much in the amount of resources allocated to various social programs, but the initiative and creative approach to the activation of human capital," commented on the award of Lipetskenergo the head of the HR department of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division Ekaterina Mushnikova.
