In the Tver region as a result of the bad weather, power lines of all voltage classes were damaged, a number of feeding centres were de-energized.
Currently, due to the damage to the power lines, settlements remain de-energized in Zapadnodvinsky, Vyshnevolotsky, Zubtsovsky, Kalininsky, Kesovogorsky, Kimrsky, Nelidovsky, Ostashkovsky, Penovsky, Spirovsky, Staritsky, Torzhoksky and Toropetsy districts. In the main grid, 110 kV transmission lines and 4 35 kV transmission lines are disconnected. Tverenergo continues to operate a special mode, the branch operates its 24-hour crisis management centre for preventing the effects of bad weather.

A prerequisite for connection of the autonomous power supplies to the customer’s grid is the presence of interlocking devices that exclude the possibility of simultaneous power supply to the customer’s grid and to the grid of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division.
