This means full mobilization of forces and means of power engineers.
Thunderstorms passed through the territory of the region, a strong wind up to 18-23 m/s and fallout of trees from beyond ROWs onto wires became a cause for technological failures in the power grid complex. Smolenskenergo’s crews are eliminating the damage caused by the disaster.
