Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division on a regular basis conduct a set of activities aimed at attracting talented young people to the power complex of the Upper Volga Region.
Thus, employees of the HR unit of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division jointly with representatives of other branches of the company took part in the preliminary distribution of graduates of Ivanovo State Power Engineering University.
At a meeting with students, the Tver power engineers gave a detailed account of the main activities of the largest power grid company in the Tver region, the specifics of work in the Tver branch of IDGC of Centre, social guarantees and career prospects for young specialists. Future graduates were interested in the required level of knowledge for qualification work and vacancies available in the branch.
"Tverenergo pays close attention to vocational guidance work with young people and cooperates with many specialized educational institutions. Ivanovo State Power Engineering University is the core institution of PJSC "Rosseti" in the issue of training highly qualified personnel. By attracting them to practice and further employment in the Tver branch, we promote their production adaptation, as well as professional growth," said Ekaterina Terekhina, the head of the HR department at IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division.
In addition, to attract young professionals, employees of the branch take part in regional job fairs. At the event "Night of Career - 2018", organized by the regional centre for promotion of employment of graduates of the Tver State University (Youth Labour Exchange), Tverenergo’s employees told students about vacancies and prospects for work in the branch. Very soon the graduates will face the question of finding a job and attending the event can positively affect the further employment, as dozens of regional employers were represented at the "Night of Career".
Tverenergo takes part in such a campaign for the first time and it is worth noting the high interest to work in the branch among senior students of different specialties. The guys carefully studied the available vacancies, learned about the social guarantees and working conditions that the branch can offer now.
