On 31 March 2018, the Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division in the city of Smolensk was 10 years old. It was opened with the aim of improving the quality of service and the effectiveness of interaction with customers.
For 10 years of work, the Centre’s specialists received more than 80 thousand customers, registered over 13 thousand requests for connection to the branch’s grid and more than 21 thousand applications for value-added services.
The qualitative work of the Customer Service Centre is supported by numerous positive pieces of feedback, written customers’ letters of gratitude. Annually in the Service Centre employees of the branch hand out memorable gifts to the thousandth and anniversary customers.
It should be noted that today, in addition to the Smolensk CSC in all districts of the Smolensk region, there are points of work with customers working on the site of Distribution Zones of the branch, where customers can apply for connection to grids, installation or replacement of metering devices, design, construction, repair and maintenance of electric grid facilities, support of grid connection, testing and diagnostics of electrical equipment.
Employees of the CSC in the city of Smolensk at Tenisheva Street, 33 are ready to answer questions from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m., Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. (without breaks). Points of work with customers in the Distribution Zones accept customers from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m., on Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. (break from 12:00 to 12:48).
