04.04.2018

In 2018, IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division plans to overhaul more than 900 kilometres of 0.4-110 kV cable and overhead power lines, to repair element-wise 64 substations of 35-110 kV. In general, it is planned to spend 165 million rubles on the repair program of this year, which is comparable to the volume of 2017.

The largest and most significant facilities of the branch will be the substations "Terbuny" and "Gorokhovskaya", where transformers will be repaired. These substations feed a total of 43 settlements, more than 17 thousand people, seven schools, ten kindergartens and three hospitals.

Among the significant facilities of the repair campaign there is also the 35 kV "Ploskoye" overhead line in Stanovelyansky district and the 35 kV "Khruschevo" overhead line in Dankovsky district, repair of which will ensure the reliability of power supply to more than 6,000 customers.

"When forming the repair program of Lipetskenergo, which is aimed at ensuring the uninterrupted operation of lines and substations, we took into account the results of diagnostic tests of equipment conducted in 2017. Using these data, we can eliminate defects in time, improve performance of equipment and reduce power losses in the grid," stressed Vladimir Tikhonov, First Deputy Director and Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division.
