The repair program of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division in 2017 was implemented in full and on schedule. The total cost of repair work amounted to 191.31 million rubles. At the same time, 92.91 million rubles were spent to repair cable and overhead power lines of 0.4-110 kV, 6-110 kV substations - 48.9 million rubles, buildings and structures - 11.55 million rubles. 18.84 million rubles were spent to repair vehicles, and 19.11 million rubles - to repair means of dispatching and technological control, instrumentation, as well as relay protection and automation.
As a result of the repair program in 2017, 654.77 km of 35-110 kV power lines were repaired. The power engineers repaired 4 substations of 35-110 kV comprehensively. The most significant of them is the 35/10kV Substation "Ekimovichi". In addition, 1,497.76 km of 0.4-10 kV lines and 697 transformer substations of 6-10/0.4 kV were repaired.
As part of the implementation of production programs, the specialists of the branch carried out work on clearing and expanding ROWs in the service area of the grid company in the Smolensk region. Clearing the ROWs of overhead lines from tree and shrubby vegetation on the overhead lines of different voltage within the scope of maintenance operations in 2017, the branch carried out in the volume of 1,377.09 ha. 48.06 million rubles were spent to implement the work. The extension of the ROWs of 6-110 kV overhead lines in the volume of 560 hectares was also carried out. The implementation of these programs will ensure high-quality and reliable electricity supply to consumers and reduce the risk of line outage due to falling trees. In addition, it is more convenient to perform work on cleared lines during their operation.
All work within the framework of the repair program was carried out in strict compliance with regulatory rules and legal requirements. Timely completion of repairs is an important area for preparing Smolenskenergo for the autumn-winter period. With the help of modern methods of organization and application of modern technologies, the branch improves the reliability of power supply to consumers, increases the service life of equipment and reduces the cost of planned work.
