Tambovenergo’s employees held an electrical safety class in the Novonikol school of Michurinsky district

Employees of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division continue to conduct electrical safety lessons for children and adolescents in general educational institutions of the Tambov region. The next lesson was held in the Manovitsky branch of the Novonikol school of Michurinsky district. More than 60 children became its participants.

The power engineers told the schoolchildren about the basic rules of electrical safety, the importance of warning signs installed on electrical equipment, demonstrated methods of providing first aid to the victim with electric shock. To consolidate this knowledge, the children were helped by thematic videos, as well as contests and quizzes. At the end of the lessons, the participants were given thematic brochures and posters.

Lessons of electrical safety are one of the most important activities of the program to reduce risks of injuries to third parties at power facilities of IDGC of Centre. In March-April, Tambovenergo’s employees will hold three more thematic classes in schools of the Tambov region.
