"The staff reserve of the branch is the most promising and initiative employees who are interested in their professional development and career growth. For several years, the vacant positions have been filled with reservists. This not only motivates employees for professional development, but also allows filling up vacancies quickly and efficiently," commented Alla Korolkova, the head of the HR department at Smolenskenergo.

At present, the staff reserve of the branch is formed for 560 management positions. Each reservist has a mentor from among the most experienced employees who assists in the development of the target position, and individual development plans for the year. During the annual holidays of managers, reservists, as a rule, fulfill their duties, gaining experience.

In April 2018, the company plans to hold a meeting of members of the personnel reserve in Tambov, in which masters of electricity metering and loss optimization departments will take part.
