Equipment repair specialists of Kurskenergo upgraded their skills

In the training centre of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division the next training of electricians for repair of equipment of switchgears was completed. The training program included issues of organization of safe operation of the distribution grid complex, inspections, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment. Part of the course was devoted to work with technical documentation, labour protection, fire and electrical safety. In addition, the participants of the study got acquainted with modern instruments and methods of electrical equipment diagnostics.

Kurskenergo pays great attention to the training of personnel. Annually more than one and a half thousand employees of the enterprise pass vocational training and improve their qualifications in the framework of various educational formats. "Regular training is aimed at increasing the level of knowledge, professional skills and reducing the level of injuries among employees of the branch," stressed Sergey Skornyakov, the deputy chief engineer for operations - the head of the high-voltage grid office of Kurskenergo.
