The exposition of the mobile customer service centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division was awarded the medal of the 15th Interregional Specialized Exhibition "Energy Saving and Electrical Engineering. Housing and Communal Services", held from 14 to 16 March in Belexpocentre.
More than 200 people received detailed information on the branch’s services at the CSC site. Power engineers acquainted visitors with modern electricity meters, explained the requirements of legislation to the metering of energy resources in private and multi-apartment buildings, and also accepted applications for comprehensive services for installing meters and supporting "turnkey" grid connection.
The latter service provides for the implementation by Belgorodenergo’s specialists of a part of the technical conditions to the grid connection contract, which falls within the competence of the consumer, starting from construction and installation works to processing the necessary documents. This allows not only to save time for consumers, but also to significantly shorten the terms of grid connection.
