Tambovenergo’s specialist became a participant of the youth forum "Leaders of the Tambov region"

An engineer of the 1st category of the department for forecasting electric energy and power balances, loss analysis of the office of sale of services of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division Dmitry Sdvizhkov became a participant in the youth forum "Leaders of the Tambov region". The forum, organized by the administration of the Tambov region, was attended by 400 students, young professionals and leaders of youth organizations of the region. They discussed the areas related to the digital space, which today are of great interest among young people: the digital economy, "blockchain" technologies, crypto-currency markets and much more.

Dmitry Sdvizhkov took part in the forum on his own initiative with the support of the company’s management. He attended meetings of the round tables "Development of a social project from idea to stable functioning", "Strategy for new leadership" and "Areas of activity of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives". In addition, Dmitry applied for participation in the competition "Leaders of the Tambov region", which was launched at the forum, organized on the initiative of Governor of the Tambov region Alexander Nikitin. The main objective of this project is to find talented and active young people who have useful ideas, initiatives and a desire for professional growth. Tambovenergo’s specialist considers participation in it primarily as an opportunity to more fully reveal his abilities and use them for the benefit of his native enterprise.
