In Smolensk, a seminar "Participation in public procurement" was held, organized by the Centre for Entrepreneurship Support in the Smolensk region. One of the issues discussed was the legislative regulation of the procurement activities of IDGC of Centre, the key principles of organization of the purchasing activity of the power company, as well as the cooperation of IDGC of Centre with small and medium-sized businesses.
The event was attended by representatives of the Smolensk Business Support Centre, the Smolensk Region General Directorate for the Regulation of the Contract System, the Customer Service Centre of LLC "Select Electro", PJSC UralSib Bank and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
Nadezhda Altunina, a lead specialist of the purchasing department of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division, told the audience about the company’s interaction with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, and the procurement procedures conducted by IDGC of Centre.
During the seminar, businessmen also discussed issues related to connection to grids of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division. Vladimir Panfilov, the head of the customer service department of Smolenskenergo, spoke about the details of the provision of grid connection services, changes in legislation, measures taken by the branch to simplify the grid connection procedure, improve transparency of relationships with consumers, on the procedure for filing online applications for grid connection using the personal account on the official website of the company at lkk.mrsk-1.ru.
Meetings of power engineers and business representatives are held quarterly.
