15.02.2018

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division approved the repair program for 2018. As part of its implementation, the branch will carry out a large number of activities in all districts of the Kursk region.

It is planned to repair more than 2 thousand km of 0.4-110 kV power lines, 421 transformer substations and distribution points. To reduce the risk of technological disturbances caused by falling trees on power lines, 772.9 hectares of ROWs of power lines will be cleared from tree and shrubbery vegetation. More than 349 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the entire program.

This year, Kurskenergo will carry out major repairs of a number of large and significant facilities in the region: the 110-35 kV substations "Pribor", "Central", "Schigry", "Konyshevka", "Vostochnaya". The substations "Pribor" and "Central" feed the Central and North-West districts of the city of Kursk, "Schigry", "Konyshevka", "Vostochnaya" provide power supply to the town of Schigry, Konyshevka and Kastornoye.

Also, in 2018, the branch will repair the 35-110 kV "Sudzha-Lgov" overhead line that is important for consumers with a tap at the substation "Cheremoshki" and "Zheleznogorskaya-Zavodskaya-2", which will ensure the reliability of power supply to consumers in the northern districts of the Kursk region.

The repair program of Kurskenergo is aimed at ensuring the uninterrupted operation of lines and substations and preparing for trouble-free passage of the next autumn-winter period.
