The share of innovative equipment in the investment program of Belgorodenergo was about 5%

15.02.2018

About 5 percent of the total investment program of IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division in 2017 comprised the activities of the innovative development program. 128.5 million rubles were allocated for these purposes. The total amount of investments invested last year in improving the reliability and development of the power grid complex of the Belgorod region amounted to 2.7 billion rubles without VAT.

The share of modern equipment in the power grid complex of the Belgorod region is increased due to the use of innovative solutions based on domestic developments and own R&D of IDGC of Centre. Such solutions include a massive use of 6-10 kV power transformers with reduced losses, polymer cable-conduit systems at 110 kV substations, high-reliability 6-20 kV vertical-break disconnecting switches RLR for outdoor installation, 0.4 kV anchor steel multi-sided poles, package transformer substations with charging stations for electric vehicles and a transformer overload monitoring system.

An integrated approach to the implementation of innovative projects is important, such as the use of equipment at the reconstruction and new construction sites that provides controllability and observability of grids from power centres to consumers: the organization of digital communication channels using fiber-optic communication lines, the modernization of AMI, remote control and communication systems that display all indicators of feeding centres. These measures were implemented at the 35-110 kV substations "Pushkarnaya", "Sheino", "Malinovka", "Belyanka", "Foschevatovo", "Radkovka".

In 2018, about 114 million rubles will be allocated to implement the program of innovative development. Of these, 70 million will be spent on the reconstruction of the 35/10 kV substation "Nikolskoye" in Belgorodsky district using the "digital" substation technology. In combination with the modernization of secondary equipment, 35 kV reclosers will be installed here, and then, by 2019, the 10 kV off-line lines will be automated with the construction of a smart grid.

Over 17 million rubles will be spent on the reconstruction and automation of two 10 kV overhead power lines from the substation "Sheino" in Korochansky district. The project is based on the construction of a smart grid with the use of vacuum reclosers and controlled load switches, as well as the use of composite poles, the design of which is developed within the framework of R&D of IDGC of Centre. Smart switching devices will be installed on highways and taps of overhead lines in order to instantly disconnect faulty sections and reserve customers. In case of fault, not the entire line will be disconnected, but only a small section. The rest of the consumers will be resupplied within a few seconds with backup circuits.

All technologies are included in the register of innovative technical solutions of PJSC "Rosseti" and are planned for implementation within new projects for construction and reconstruction of grids.
