As part of the investment program of IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division in 2017, the volume of development of capital investments amounted to 2.7 billion rubles (excluding VAT), which is 8.6% more than the plan. 100 MVA of new capacities were commissioned, 1,169 km of 0.4-110 kV power lines were constructed and reconstructed. This is 36.3% higher than planned volumes.
Last year the branch modernized a number of large power centres: the 35-110 kV substations "Pushkarnaya" in Stary Oskol, "Sheino" in Korochansky district, "Belyanka" in Shebekinsky district, "Malinovka" in Rakityansky district. The most important project was the complex reconstruction of the substation "Malinovka", which provides power supply to settlements and enterprises of the agro-industrial holding "BEZRK Belgrankorm". A capital investment of 313 million rubles (without VAT) was spent on the implementation of the project, which envisages an increase in capacity and transfer of the facility to a higher voltage class of 110 kV.
Last year, the branch completed a project to improve the reliability of power supply for 34,000 residents and a number of large enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Shebekinsky and Belgorodsky districts, which provided for the reconstruction of remote control systems at the 35-110 kV substations "Shebekino", "Cheremoshnoye", "Murom", "Novaya Tavolzhanka" and mutual reservation of the latter by means of a newly constructed 35 kV cable line.
About 466 million rubles (excluding VAT) were spent on the reconstruction of 450 kilometres of dilapidated, 0.4-10 kV out-of-service grids located in 17 districts of the region, and another 159 million rubles (without VAT) - on the construction of power grid infrastructure in individual housing construction estates. This increased the reliability of electricity supply to the population living in rural areas, and gave owners of 1,200 land plots access to centralized power supply.
The investment program of IDGC of Centre for 2018 was approved by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, capital investments in improving the reliability and development of the power grid complex of the Belgorod region are planned in the amount of 2.3 million rubles (excluding VAT).
