In 2017 Tambovenergo received more than 60 thousand customer requests

IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division summed up the results of work with customers for 2017. During the reporting period, the branch received 63,887 requests. The main part (53,344 requests) was sent in absentia (through the call centre of IDGC of Centre, Internet reception, mail), the rest were filed during customer visits to the company’s service offices.

More than 3 thousand requests were related to grid connection, 8 thousand - to provide value-added services. The results of 2017 showed an increase in the demand for the service "Execution of work related to the client’s competence in the grid connection process" ("Grid connection support"). In 2017, almost 500 contracts were concluded to provide this service for more than 11.5 million rubles. The growth in comparison with 2016 was 20%.

Tambovenergo actively works to inform customers about its services through regional media, the corporate site of IDGC of Centre and sites of municipal entities of the Tambov region. The list of value-added services provided by the enterprise is placed on the stands in Distribution Zones. In addition, the energy company organizes field presentations in municipalities. So, in 2017 representatives of Tambovenergo’s sales service unit conducted presentations of the service for maintenance and development of outdoor lighting networks for heads of village councils in a number of districts of the region.
