IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division continues the claim-related work aimed at paying off receivables for consumed electricity.
From January to December 2017 in the production of courts of various instances there were 180 cases for a total of 642 million rubles. In 106 cases decisions have already been made in favour of the company for the amount of 183 million rubles. As of 1 January 2018, 94 execution orders worth 47 million rubles were transferred to the bailiff service to recover.
Actions of non-payers jeopardize the reliability of power supply to consumers in the region, since funds received by Tambovenergo for the provision of electricity transmission services are used, among other things, to implement production programs. The enterprise will consistently continue the work on recovery of accounts receivable, using for this purpose all mechanisms provided by the current legislation.
