In 2017 Orelenergo’s specialists received more than 55 thousand customer requests

IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division summed up the results of work with consumers for 2017. During the reporting period the branch received more than 56 thousand requests from them, most of them - in absentia, through IDGC of Centre’s website, the portal-tp.rf service and the Direct Line of power engineers. 16 thousand requests were filed at points of work with clients.

Most of the requests were related to electricity supply. 3,027 calls were related to connection to grids, 5,384 calls - value-added services.

The most popular value-added services for Orelenergo’s consumers in 2017 were the installation and replacement of metering devices (2,478 requests were filed) and the performance of work related to the client’s competence during the process of grid connection ("Grid connection support", 1,384 requests).

Currently, Orelenergo offers consumers such value-added services as design and construction of energy facilities, maintenance and development of outdoor lighting networks, operational and technological maintenance and repair of electrical networks and electrical equipment, reconstruction of electric grid facilities in the interests of customers, testing and diagnostics of equipment, installation and replacement of metering devices, support of connection to grids, provision of resources of IDGC of Centre and energy audits.
