In 2017 Kurskenergo repaired over two and a half thousand kilometres of power lines

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the results of the implementation of the repair program of 2017. All works to ensure reliable operation of power grid facilities of the branch were performed in accordance with the schedule.

In the past year, the energy company carried out a comprehensive repair of 23 substations of 35-110 kV. 416 transformer substations of 0.4/10 kV and 2,606 km of 0.4-110 kV overhead and cable power lines were repaired. 852.4 hectares of ROWs of overhead lines were cleared. 221.3 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of the repair program.

As part of the repair program, the branch completed major repairs of a number of energy facilities that are significant for the Kursk region. Among them there is the 110/35/10 kV substation "Oboyan" and the 110 kV overhead line (Conductor) "Sadovaya-Lesnaya". The "Oboyan" substation supplies Oboyansky district with a population of 35,000 people, including ZAO Isoplit, one of the main producers of wood boards in Central Russia and a large seed-growing enterprise of ZAO Artel. The line "Sadovaya-Lesnaya" provides electricity to population and enterprises of the central part of Kursk.

The implementation of the repair program of the branch allows ensuring the quality and reliability of electricity supply to consumers in the region during the period of the autumn-winter maximum of loads.
