IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division pays great attention to training of personnel. Power engineers raise their qualifications on the basis of educational institutions, corresponding programs are implemented directly in the enterprise.
In January, in the Training Centre of operating personnel of Kurskenergo, a training seminar was held for chief engineers of Distribution Zones and engineers of the production safety and industrial control office of the branch. More than 60 people took part in it.
The training program was prepared taking into account priorities of the branch’s production activities. In particular, an important place in it was assigned to issues of labour protection and industrial safety, organization of safe operation, technical operation of electrical and electromechanical equipment. Part of the course was devoted to changes in the work with administrative, reporting and other normative documents. They also talked about ways to improve the quality of repair work at power facilities.
"Kurskenergo regularly organizes training for different categories of employees. This contributes to improving the quality of their professional knowledge, reducing the level of injuries and, as a result, increasing labour productivity," stresses Viktor Sokolov, deputy chief engineer and head of the production safety and industrial control office of Kurskenergo.
