Young specialists from Tverenergo underwent training under the program "Development of resources of young managers"

Representatives of the youth personnel reserve of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division became participants in a series of trainings under the program "Development of executive resources". The training course on personnel management, time and stress management, as well as self-motivation and creativity was conducted by a certified business trainer, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Anastasia Sokolova.

Trainings for young power engineers took place in the format of a business game. In each lesson, interactive exercises were used, where all the knowledge gained was studied in practice. "I would especially like to mention a training in personnel management, in which everyone could feel like a leader, and in stress management and self-motivation, where many practical recommendations were given. The trainings helped to identify mistakes in the organization of the personal work process," shared Natalia Chulkova, a program participant, a specialist of the 1st category of the Investment Department. "Thank you very much for the opportunity to pass this training, for me it was informative and useful. This course helped me to determine the goals for the near future, to understand how high my personal potential is, to believe in myself even more. Thanks to the course, I realized: what I dream about, what I want to do, in what direction to move on and where I lose time," said a program participant, a leading engineer of the electricity metering department Yulia Moiseeva.
