Smolenskenergo’s Customer Service Centre received the 80 thousandth visitor

At the end of December, the Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division in the city of Smolensk received the 80 thousandth customer. She was a resident of the city of Smolensk Irina Ignatenkova. She came to the Customer Service Centre with the need to apply for a meter replacement. The jubilee visitor was congratulated by all the Centre’s employees, and the head of the Centre, Yulia Savkina, and the head of the customer service department, Vladimir Panfilov, presented a memorable gift.

"The number of applications to our Centre per year is estimated in thousands, which proves the demand for services and the need for consultation of our specialists. Only for 11 months of 2017, 8,902 residents of the Smolensk region applied to us," commented Yulia Savkina, the head of Smolenskenergo’s CSC.

Smolenskenergo’s Customer Service Centre in Smolensk was opened in 2008 and throughout this time it has been actively developing, offering customers all new services and new opportunities. Consumers, who have concluded a contract with the branch, are sure that all work will be performed in a quality and timely basis.
