22 December 2017, in the walls of the branch of the National Research University "MPEI" in Smolensk a solemn meeting on the Power Engineers’ Day was held. The gathered were greeted by the heads of the university and IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division. The first persons of the Smolensk region and the city of Smolensk awarded diplomas, letters of gratitude and memorable signs to those who provide stable and reliable operation of the energy system and contribute to the development of the energy industry of the Smolensk region.
The honorable diploma of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation was given to a master of a crew for street lighting of Pochinkovsky Distribution Zone Vadim Gorynya.
Letters of gratitude of the Ministry of Energy were given to the chief engineer of Dorogobuzhsky Distribution Zone Pavel Yastrebov and the head of the legal support department Maxim Antipov.
A letter of gratitude from Governor of the Smolensk region were awarded to a master of a crew for operation of overhead lines of Safonovsky Distribution Zone Dmitry Grigoryev, a master of a crew for operation of distribution grids of Monastyrschinsky Distribution Zone Alexander Titov and an electrician of an operating and mobile crew of the 5th category of the operational and technological group of Rudnyansky Distribution Zone Sergey Zubenkov.
A master of a crew for operation of cable lines of Smolensky Distribution Zone Sergey Potapov, and the deputy head of Kardymovsky Distribution Zone Galina Tangatarova, received Honorary Diplomas of the Smolensk Regional Duma.
Honorary Diploma of the city-hero of Smolensk was awarded to an engineer for relay protection and automation of the 1st category of the Western section of the relay protection and emergency control automation of the service of relay protection, automation, measurement and metrology Alexey Kuleshov, a leading engineer of the Smolensk City section of the office of production safety and industrial control Vladimir Smirnov, a driver of a crane drilling self-propelled machine of the 5th category of the Smolensk City section of the service of mechanization and transport of the logistics and procurement office Evgeny Kuznetsov.
A diploma of the Administration of the city of Smolensk was given to a leading engineer of the department for analysis and production assets management of the Centre for production assets management, technical re-equipment and reconstruction Alexey Diveykin and an engineer of the 2nd category of the electricity metering department Valery Borunov.
An honorary diploma of the Smolensk Region Department for Energy, Energy Efficiency and Tariff Policy was awarded to a senior master of the department of electricity metering and loss optimization of the Smolensk City Distribution Zone Sergey Mishankov.
A letter of gratitude of the Smolensk Region Department for Energy, Energy Efficiency and Tariff Policy was received by Svetlana Danilova, the head of the production and technical group of Smolensky Distribution Zone, and a senior master of Smolensk City Distribution Zone Sergey Surazhevsky.
Diplomas of the Smolensk Region Department for Energy, Energy Efficiency and Tariff Policy, which are presented to structural units of Smolenskenergo for high performance and achievement of outstanding results in labour, were received this year by Smolensk City Distribution Zone and the Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency Office.
In total, 173 employees of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division were awarded departmental, corporate and regional awards in connection with the professional holiday - Power Engineers’ Day. Solemn meetings in honour of the Power Engineers’ Day were held in all Distribution Zones and the executive office of the branch. 12 new names appeared on the Honor Board of the branch.
