Representatives of Tambovenergo took part in the Third All-Russian Student Scientific Conference on Energy Problems

At Tambov State Technical University (TSTU) on the eve of the Power Engineers’ Day, the Third All-Russian Student Scientific Conference "Energy: Problems and Prospects for Development" was held. It was attended by representatives of the management of the main energy enterprises of the Tambov region, as well as students of leading specialized universities of Central Russia, who presented scientific reports on issues of heat and electric power engineering.

IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division at the key event of the conference - the plenary session - was represented by the head of the HR department Olga Vyazovova. She told future power engineers about the high social importance of their chosen profession in modern society. In addition, Olga Vyazovova presented a thank-you letter to Tatyana Chernyshova, Director of the Institute of Energy, Instrument-Making and Radioelectronics of TSTU, signed by Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division Vladimir Syshikov, in which gratitude for the long-term fruitful cooperation and high quality of training of qualified personnel is expressed to the university.

The All-Russian Student Scientific Conference "Energy: Problems and Prospects for Development" is held with the purpose of discussing urgent problems of heat and electric power engineering together with the professional community and identifying possible solutions to them.

Tambovenergo and TSTU are connected with long-term fruitful cooperation in the field of personnel training, vocational guidance work and additional professional education. So, over the past two years, the university and the enterprise effectively interacted within the framework of the project to organize the work of students’ construction energy crews. And the leaders and specialists of the technical unit of Tambovenergo are mostly graduates of TSTU.
