Training of masters began at IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division. The distance course of lectures is conducted by independent not-for-profit organization of continuing professional education "Kirov Training Centre "Energetik" in 4 stages from 27 November to 12 December. During this time, 196 masters from all Distribution Zones will undergo the training.
The training under the programs "Organization and safe performance of works in electrical installations" and "Organization and procedure for performing operational switching in electrical installations" was organized on the initiative of IDGC of Centre with the aim of increasing the level of professional training of production personnel, reducing accidents and strengthening control over observance of safety requirements.
The masters will get acquainted with the statistics of accidents in the country’s electric grid complex, typical omissions of management regarding the organization of work of subordinate personnel, will tell about reasons for the erroneous actions of staff. A number of external and internal factors can lead to a mistake, such as fatigue, aggravated state of health, absence or inadequacy of control systems that would take into account and prevent the likelihood of individual incidents. On specific examples, experts will analyze wrong actions of personnel, their causes and consequences.
According to the participants of the production training, such lectures are very useful, since the masters have a great responsibility for the organization of work in electrical installations, maintenance and overhaul of power lines and substations. Moreover, the constant increase in the level of professional training by a separate item is prescribed in the job description of the masters. The course of lectures will be completed with a production exam.
