The next meeting of the regional management centre for ensuring the security of electricity supply in the territory of the Lipetsk region was held on 23 November. It was held at the site of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division under the leadership of Head of Staff - Deputy Head of the administration of the Lipetsk region Alexander Narolin. Participants of the meeting reviewed the progress of performance of repair programs by enterprises of the fuel and energy complex this year and their readiness for the autumn-winter operation period of 2017-2018.
The management centre heard reports on preparations for the autumn-winter operation period of 2017-2018 of the organizations of the electric power industry. As a result of the work of the various levels of commissions, all organizations received timely their certificates of readiness. The readiness of the electric power complex to operate through the autumn-winter period of 2017-2018 is assessed as satisfactory.
"At the moment, the overall implementation of the repair program of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division has already reached 100% of the annual plan, with all the work being carried out in strict accordance with the schedule. In particular, 265 km of 35-110 kV power lines, 615 km of 0.4-10 kV power lines were repaired. Comprehensive repair of 11 substations of 35-110 kV, repair of 110 transformer substations of 10-0.4 kV was performed. Clearing of 496 hectares of ROWs along overhead power lines has been completed," stressed Sergey Koval, Acting General Director of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division director.
Also, questions were discussed about the results of joint exercises to work out interaction on the liquidation of mass outages of power grid facilities of the branch caused by impact of hazardous meteorological conditions in the territory of the Lipetsk region, the problem issues of payment discipline in settlements for electricity and others.
"Reliable and high-quality power supply to consumers in the Lipetsk region, as well as an analysis of the technological outages that have occurred, the identification of the main causes are strategic tasks for the region, the implementation of which must be constantly monitored," stresses Alexander Narolin, Deputy Head of the Lipetsk region administration.
