IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division continues the claim-related work aimed at reducing accounts receivable.
From January to October, power engineers sent 62 lawsuits to the courts of various instances to recover debts for the provision of electricity transmission services with the imposition of fines for a total of 312.528 million rubles. The courts have satisfied 13 claims amounting to 29.694 million rubles. More than 166 million rubles were received from debtors on a pre-trial basis. Another 10 enforcement lists worth more than 29 million rubles (principal debt, interest) are with bailiffs for enforcement.
As of 1 November 2017, the volume of Kurskenergo’s overdue receivables for electricity transmission services is 623.6 million rubles. IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division intends to consistently seek from counterparties the full implementation of all contractual obligations, using for this purpose all legal instruments provided by the current legislation.
