Kurskenergo for nine months received more than 28 thousand calls from consumers

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo summed up the results of work with consumers for 9 months of 2017.

In the specified period, specialists of the unit for interaction with customers accepted 28,235 consumers’ requests - 36% more compared to the same period in 2016. 17,562 requests of residents of the Kursk region were filed in person, when visiting customer service offices, the rest of the requests came through the Internet reception and Contact Centre of the company.

3,765 thousand requests concerned the grid connection service, more than 9,500 calls - provision of value-added services. The most demanded services were the following: "Execution of works related to the client’s competence in the grid connection process" ("Grid connection support"), installation and replacement of electricity metering devices, installation of measuring and protection units, installation/ uninstallation of taps to house entries using self-supporting insulated wire, testing and diagnostics of electrical equipment and electrical protective means.

For 9 months, the branch received 2,648 positive responses from residents of the Kursk region. The power engineers were thanked for the quality of work and prompt solution of issues related to energy supply, and the residents of the Kursk region highly appreciated the qualification of the company’s specialists.
