More than 900 employees of Kurskenergo upgraded their qualifications from the beginning of the year

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work on training of personnel for nine months of this year. During this period, more than 900 employees of the branch were trained and upgraded their qualifications.

450 employees were retrained on the site of the Kursk Regional Centre for Training and Retraining of Housing and Public Utilities Personnel, among them there are elevated work specialists, machinists of aerial platforms and auto hydraulic lifters, slingers, forest fellers. 366 power engineers received new knowledge in the training centre of operating personnel of Kurskenergo. Among them there are masters of crews for operation of distribution grids, electricians of first responding mobile crews, electricians for operation of distribution grids.

Some of the employees of the branch were trained in the institutes of advanced training: FSEE "PEIPK" in St. Petersburg, Private Non-Commercial Educational Institution "TMC LINVIT", LLC "SELEZH" and LLC "SOYUZ" (all Moscow). The power engineers studied issues related to technology and technological equipment for operation of overhead power lines, operating and dispatch control of electric grids, etc.

By the end of the year, more than 600 employees of Kurskenergo will be given the opportunity to undergo vocational training and further training.
