Heads of Smolenskenergo passed the program of management training for organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation

13 October 2017, six managers of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division received diplomas on completion of training under the program, which is implemented in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 774 "On the training of management personnel for organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation" of 23 July 1997 and Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 177 of 24 March 2007 in the format of the State Plan. The training lasted a year and was conducted according to the program of professional retraining "management in the sphere of innovations". Formal presentation of diplomas to graduates of the Presidential program of the Smolensk region was held in a solemn atmosphere in the building of the Administration of the Smolensk region. The diplomas were presented by Deputy Governor of the Smolensk region - Head of Staff of the Administration of the Smolensk region Anna Kozhurina.

The program of management training is a large-scale and in many ways unique program, training in which is conducted in hundreds of universities in practically all regions of the Russian Federation. At the same time, only specialists with completed higher education and work experience of at least 5 years can pass the training (of which at least 3 years in a managerial position). To get to the training, you need not only to get a recommendation from your organization, but also to pass a competitive selection in the regional commissions.

Six managers of Smolenskenergo completed the training this year: First Deputy Director - Chief Engineer Vitaly Mordykin, Deputy Director for Sale and Development of Services Oleg Bonadisev, Head of Electricity Metering Department Olga Avseenko, Head of Service for Operation of Dispatching and Technological Management and Information Technologies Alexander Baryshnikov, Head of Service for Relay Protection, Automation, Measurement and Metrology Alexey Merkulovich, and Head of Operation and Development of Metering Systems Dmitry Vlasov.
