Kurskenergo for 9 months achieved a decrease in receivables by more than 41 million rubles

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work to reduce receivables for electricity transmission services for 9 months of 2017. During this period, the company managed to reduce the total amount of debt by 41.398 million rubles as part of ongoing claims and lawsuits. The sum of the main debt was reduced by 33.528 million rubles, penalties (fines) were collected in the amount of 7.870 million rubles.

During the period under review, Kurskenergo got 22 positive court decisions, received enforcement orders worth 39.873 million rubles, of which 13.948 million rubles have already been returned to the branch.

As of 1 October 2017, the amount of overdue accounts receivable for electricity transmission services of counterparties to Kurskenergo was 622 million rubles.

Actions of non-payers jeopardize the reliability of power supply to Kursk consumers, since funds received by Kurskenergo for the provision of electricity transmission services are used, among other things, to implement production programs. The enterprise intends to continue the work aimed at ensuring the unconditional fulfillment by consumers of their contractual obligations.
