Lipetskenergo held fishing competitions

The annual competitions of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division for fishing took place in the village of Kolousovka in Gryazinsky district.

The event, organized by the primary trade union organization of the branch with the support of the management of "Lipetskenergo", gathered about 50 people on its site.

Over a period of several hours, 11 teams of the branch were fighting for the title of the best power engineer-fishermen of "Lipetskenergo". From the very morning, the spirit of competition and will to win was in the air, but this did not affect the overall friendly atmosphere of the event.

The culmination of the day was the procedure for weighing the catch of the teams, which was conducted under the strict guidance of the senior judge of the competitions - Deputy Chief of Operational and Technological Service of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division Alexander Yartsev. The first place, with the result of 2,900 g was occupied by the team of Lebedyansky Distribution Zone. Silver went to fishermen from Lipetsky Distribution Zone, they accounted for 2,000 g of the catch. The third top leader was the Grid Control Centre team, they caught 1,720 g of fish.

"In conditions of our workload at work it is not always possible to get to know more closely those with whom you work shoulder to shoulder. Such informal activities as fishing, despite the competitive nature, make it possible to rally the labour team, which means it has a beneficial effect on the work process as a whole," commented the senior judge of the competitions - Deputy Chief of Operational and Technological Service of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division Alexander Yartsev.
