Belgorodenergo received a certificate of readiness for work in the autumn-winter period

A certificate confirming the readiness of IDGC of Centre – Belgorodenergo division to work in the autumn-winter period of 2017-2018, was presented to the branch director Sergey Demidov by Yaroslav Yurikov, Deputy Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre for operational - technological and situational management at the final meeting of the central commission consisting of representatives of Rostekhnadzor, the representative office of SO UES in the Belgorod region, the General Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Belgorod region and the Commission for State Regulation of Prices and Tariffs in the Belgorod region.

Representatives of departmental structures confirmed the timely and high-quality implementation of 559 basic, supplementary measures, as well as 271 events prescribed by Rostechnadzor.

Sergey Demidov, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre – Belgorodenergo division director, stressed that Belgorodenergo has an effective system of prompt response to any surprises of natural and technogenic nature. To eliminate violations in power supply systems, 233 crews were formed with 1,302 employees. Among them, there are eight mobile crews, ready on demand to go to any region of Russia.

The emergency reserve this year is stocked in the amount of 76.9 million rubles. The whole range of equipment and materials for high-voltage and distribution grids was purchased. The fleet of the branch was replenished with 67 new off-road auto and specialized vehicles. In case of emergency situations, 47 standby power supply sources were prepared, stable functioning of technological and relay protection devices, network, emergency and mode automation, dispatching control systems, communication facilities was set up.

The order of actions in difficult weather conditions the Belgorod power engineers worked out at special emergency drills and interdepartmental exercises. 1,819 people underwent pre-examination training, technical training and training in pre-emergency intensive care. To ensure the safe performance of work, overalls, collective and individual protective equipment worth 91.3 million rubles were purchased.

The volume of financing of the repair program in 2017 amounted to 258.7 million rubles. This year, 2,272 km of 0.4-110 kV power lines, 876 substations of 0.4/10-35/110 kV, 28 large feeding centres will undergo comprehensive overhaul. It is planned to clear and expand 667.8 hectares of ROWs along 0.4-110 kV overhead lines from tree shrubs. All the work is exactly on schedule.

In 2017, Belgorodenergo plans to construct and reconstruct 750 km of 0.4-110 kV grids, put into operation 96 MVA of new capacities. The projects on the complex reconstruction of the 110 kV "Pushkarnaya" substation in Stary Oskol and the 35 kV "Belyanka" substation in Shebekinsky district have already been completed. The substation "Malinovka" was commissioned in Rakityansky district, transferred to a higher voltage level of 110 kV. 2.97 billion rubles (development with VAT) of investment funds were allocated for the development and increase of reliability of the power grid complex. The main funds have been invested in improving reliability, implementing important economic and social projects, constructing power supply networks in the housing estates of individual construction, reconstruction of dilapidated networks of 0.4-10 kV in districts of the region.
