Smolensk power engineers answered questions of businessmen

An open meeting with representatives of medium and small businesses was held at IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division.

The meeting took place at the site of the Department for Investment Development of the Smolensk Regional Administration. Representatives of LLC SPE "Basisstroy", LLC "EggerDrevproductGagarin", JSC "Sital", LLC "DPZ", OJSC "Teplokontrol", LLC "Ekovtorprom", LLC "Elizaveta+", LLC "Electromontazh-67" were present. On behalf of the branch, the head of the customer relations department Alexander Voitsekhovsky, the head of the customer service department Vladimir Panfilov, the head of the department for work with grid connection customers Evgeny Vashenkov and the lead specialist of the purchasing department Nadezhda Altunina answered questions of the businessmen on grid connection.

The Smolenskenergo branch management conducts such public meetings on a quarterly basis to consider in the format of an open dialogue issues on the procedure for grid connection and execution of contracts.

Grid connection is one of the main services of Smolenskenergo, which is carried out within the framework of contracts concluded with customers. The branch implements a purposeful policy in terms of reducing the time and simplifying the procedure for connection to electric grids. Today there is an accessible Internet resource of electric grid services of PJSC "Rosseti" at portal-tp.rf, through which customers can calculate the necessary capacity of connected devices, find the connection point, calculate the cost of services, provide meter readings and much more. Also, for convenience, an electronic entry is opened to the Customer Service Centre of the branch on grid connection issues, so that customers do not stand in lines, but arrive at the specified time.
