The government of the Belgorod region summed up the results of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "The Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency". IDGC of Centre – Belgorodenergo division took the first place in the nomination "For development of personnel potential in organizations of the production sphere". In total, the prize winners included 24 enterprises and organizations, the top 10 became winners.
The HR policy of Belgorodenergo is aimed at the social security of employees, professional development, improving safety and enhancing working conditions. The branch employs more than four thousand people. All of them are provided with stable wages, a system of voluntary medical insurance and insurance against accidents. Those in need receive financial assistance to purchase medicines, pay for operations, improving housing conditions. This helps attract and retain qualified young staff.
About 100 million rubles are allocated annually for labour protection measures. The most stringent requirements are imposed on the provision of personnel with overalls and protective equipment, compliance with normative documents and the general level of qualifications of managers and specialists. The company has a special training classroom, where classes and seminars on safety are held regularly.
Belgorodenergo operates a system of medical and psychological assistance aimed at preserving the health of employees and preventing occupational injuries. Last year, thanks to this monitoring of the physical condition of operating and repair personnel, 48 power engineers underwent a timely treatment.
In 2016, the branch did not record a single case of industrial injuries and emergencies caused by personnel, and Belgorodenergo became the owner of the Employer’s Certificate of Trust, which guarantees the provision of safe working conditions and full respect for the rights of employees.
The All-Russian competition "The Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" has been held annually since 2000. The organizer is the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation with the participation of federal and regional executive bodies, All-Russian associations of employers and trade unions. Its goal is to present to the public the experience of Russian organizations that have achieved high efficiency in solving social problems and promote the development of forms of social partnership in organizations.
