Tverenergo’s Deputy Director congratulated first-year students of Tver Technological College on a new academic year

On 1 September, Deputy Director for Capital Construction of IDGC of Centre – Tverenergo division visited the solemn line-up at the State Budget Professional Educational Institution "Tver Technological College". There they train specialists, who are necessary for the branch – electric fitters for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment. The educational institution has been cooperating with Tverenergo for several years. Students of the college regularly practice at the branch’s facilities.

Speaking at the solemn line-up, Maxim Savinsky told new students about the possibility of internship at the enterprise and cooperation between the college and the branch. "Specialists with a high level of training are very important for activities of IDGC of Centre. We have been friends with the college for a long time and will be glad to see new faces in our company. Choosing a profession is the first step to adulthood, and I hope that your future work will bring you pleasure. Learn, get new knowledge and come to our production practice," he said.

Director of the Polytechnic College, Nadezhda Sushko, thanked the Tver branch of IDGC of Centre for cooperation and participation in such an important event for first-year students. "We train specialists who are always in demand on the labour market - in engineering, energy, housing and communal services. It is important for us that the theoretical studies are combined with practical skills. Thanks to Tverenergo for this opportunity," stressed Nadezhda Sushko.

Training of qualified personnel in Tverenergo is given great attention. The branch has agreements with educational institutions of Tver, the Tver region and other regions. Students who have worked well during the time of industrial practice, remain working in the company. To ensure timely provision of qualified specialists in the branch, a working group has been set up to form a youth reserve pool.
