More than 600 employees of Kurskenergo upgraded their qualifications during seven months of 2017

IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division summed up the work on training personnel for seven months of this year. During this period, more than 600 employees of the enterprise were given the opportunity to undergo vocational training, retraining and raising their qualifications in various educational formats.

In the training centre of operating personnel of Kurskenergo 360 power engineers received new knowledge, among them electricians of first responding mobile crews, electricians for operation of distribution networks and for testing and measurements, masters of crews for operation of distribution networks and diagnostics of electrical equipment.

200 employees underwent professional retraining on the basis of the "Kursk Regional Centre for Training and Retraining of Housing and Public Utilities Personnel", including machinists of aerial platforms and auto hydraulic lifts, slingers, timber fellers.

23 specialists underwent short-term professional training in the framework of special programs. 30 people were trained in the Federal Educational Institution "Educational and Methodical Centre" of Rostekhnadzor" in Moscow in the areas "Norms and rules of operation in electrical installations", "Diagnostics of electrical equipment of electric power systems" and "Safe work related to technical operation and maintenance of electrical and electromechanical equipment".

According to the plan, by the end of the year, more than 900 employees of Kurskenergo will have an opportunity to receive training.
