Galina Kovaleva, a resident of the village of Gremyachka in Oktyabrsky district, was congratulated in a solemn atmosphere at the Customer Service (CSC) Centre of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division. Galina Kovaleva applied to the CSC with a request for installation and replacement of an electricity meter. The head of Kurskenergo’s services sales office Yury Kartsev presented flowers and a memorable gift to the anniversary visitor.

For seven months of 2017, 2,069 customers applied to the CSC and customer service points of Kurskenergo, almost 20% more than in the same period last year. "About 45% of all calls for value-added services relate to installation and replacement of metering devices, this is the most popular service for consumers," stresses Yury Piskun, the head of the customer service office at the branch.
