IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division continues its claim-related work aimed at reducing accounts receivable.

From January to June 2017, power engineers initiated 178 lawsuits on recovery of debts for the provision of core and value-added services for a total amount of over 90 million rubles. Twenty-six lawsuits were filed in courts of various instances for the amount of about 80 million rubles to recover debts.

In total, during this period, the courts already satisfied about 70 lawsuits totalling more than 125 million rubles. More than 3.8 million rubles were received from debtors in pre-trial procedure for the identified cases of electricity consumption without an agreement with the energy sales company. Also, 4 enforcement lists worth more than 13 million rubles (principal, interest) are with bailiffs for enforcement.

Despite all the measures taken to reduce the amount of accounts receivable of Lipetskenergo, non-payers still remain. So, for example, as of 1 July 2017, the overdue accounts receivable (that is, a debt unpaid for more than 30 days) recognized by consumers are more than 60 million rubles for electricity transmission services. Among the largest non-payers there is JSC Oboronenergosbyt - 33 million rubles, JSC Silan - 31 million rubles.

IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division intends to consistently seek from counterparties the full implementation of all contractual obligations, using for this purpose all legal instruments provided by the current legislation.
