In the midst of the holiday season and summer vacation, employees of Lipetskenergo, with the support of OJSC "Lipetsk Bus Lines", launched the social action "Electrical Safety of the Region".
Information stands of Lipetskenergo with handouts (booklets) were installed in the waiting hall of the Lipetsk bus station. Such a social action, warns residents of the Lipetsk region and guests of the regional centre about the rules of behaviour near ragged wire, the rules of staying within security zones and how it is for parents to warn their children about electric injuries. Such an event takes place for the first time.
"Prevention of third-party electric injuries at the company’s facilities is one of the priorities of the work of IDGC of Centre," stressed Vladimir Tikhonov, Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division. "It is encouraging that this preventive work of power engineers found support with OJSC "Lipetsk Bus Lines". Thanks to the union of our efforts, the population will become aware of the rules of electrical safety, knowledge of which is necessary for everyone!"
