In the first half of the year IDGC of Centre – Belgorodenergo division performed about 3.8 thousand contracts for connection to grids with a total capacity of over 75 MW.
The power supply of more than 40 large agro-industrial enterprises, construction of which is carried out within the framework of priority regional and federal programs of import substitution, has been ensured. Among them, the new greenhouse facility "Ermak" in Chernyansky district with a design capacity of up to 120 tons of vegetables, 6 million flowers and 10 tons of berries a year, feeding grounds and two sow farms of LLC "Belgorod Pork" in Prokhorovsky district, eleven poultry floor housing facilities of "Belgrankorm" in Belgorodsky district, a slaughter and processing shop for cattle "Meat Farms-Iskra" and a pump station for watering fields and gardens in Korochansky district, a reception point and a milk processing plant in Volokonovka, a seed factory in Alekseevka, a farm for growing apple with drip irrigation "Blooming Garden" in Graivoronsky district and other enterprises.
These projects belong to the infrastructure category and are under special control in Belgorodenergo. The branch plans this year to connect about a hundred large enterprises with power consumption of over 150 kW, as well as about 120 small businesses with customer contract demand of up to 150 kW. For the latter, a simplified procedure for grid connection is provided. The payment is calculated at preferential rates, approved by the Commission for State Regulation of Prices and Tariffs in the Belgorod Region.
In October last year, the legislator specified the procedure for prosecuting for violation of the terms of grid connection. The list of essential terms of the contract includes the obligation of the applicant to pay a penalty for violating the terms of preparation of the facility for connection. In the event that the amount under the contract is more than 550 rubles, the fine will be 0.25% of the total amount of payment for each day of delay.
An application for grid connection can be submitted at customer service offices located in each district of the region. After the conclusion of the contract and payment for services, the consumer proceeds to fulfill his part of the technical conditions for preparing the facility for supplying voltage. Belgorodenergo, in turn, provides measures for the design and construction of external power supply networks, after which it notifies the applicant of the actual readiness for connection. If, in addition to the main, the consumer decides to conclude a contract for the performance of work that are within the competence of the client, then all the work is carried out "on a turn-key basis" by the power company. In the first half of this year, 1,926 applicants took advantage of this integrated connection service.
