The VII International Forum of Young Power Engineers and Industrialists "Forsage-2017" was held in the Kaluga region. Representatives of Russian and international industrial and fuel and energy companies took part in it. During the week, working as part of three thematic streams, they discussed promising directions for the development of technologies, developed and justified projects aimed at improving human life.
Representatives of IDGC of Centre, including two employees of the branch "Kurskenergo": the head of the department for work with customers of grid connections Yury Shevyakov and the leading engineer of this department Andrey Samusenko also took part in the united team of Rosseti.
Andrey Samusenko, as part of one of the stream groups "The Destiny of the Galaxy", developed special software that will allow everyone online to receive on-line information about goods and services. The "Design-Thinking" stream group project, where Yury Shevyakov worked, was devoted to prolonging human life and improving its quality with the help of advanced technologies. As a result of the justification, he took the second place.
Kurskenergo’s representatives note: the forum "Forsage" was very useful in terms of obtaining new professional knowledge and skills. "The forum provided us with a unique opportunity to exchange experience with representatives of other companies in the industry, taught us how to work in a team and make the right decisions in a time of shortage," stressed Yury Shevyakov.
The Forum "Forsage" is held by the State Corporation "Rosatom" and the Association of Citizens and Organizations for the Promotion of Corporate Education Development (MAKO) with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the forum is to create favourable conditions for the development of young professionals and the formation of their creative thinking. This year, 640 specialists of domestic and foreign companies and enterprises became participants of "Forsage".
