About 800 employees of Tambovenergo improved their skills in the first half of 2017

IDGC of Centre – Tambovenergo division summed up the training of personnel in the first half of 2017. Employees from all production subdivisions of the enterprise, managers of different levels, specialists and office employees - a total of 792 people, that is 40% of the total number of employees, received the opportunity to undergo training and to improve their qualification. 3.1 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.

Tambovenergo’s employees improved their professional skills in the field of technical operation of distribution networks, installation of cable lines, operational management, labour protection, industrial, fire and environmental safety. The training was conducted in specialized institutions of additional and higher education in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ivanovo, Tambov, with which the branch has long and fruitful cooperation: Tambov State Technical University, Academy of Standardization, Metrology and Certification, Ivanovo Institute of Power Engineering named after V. I. Lenin, Scientific and Educational Centre "Ekra", St. Petersburg Power Engineering Institute for Advanced Training of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, "Training and Methodical Room" of Rostekhnadzor. Training centres, educational and methodological centers and safety offices of the enterprise were also used for this.

"The concept of vocational training in Tambovenergo assumes continuous training of employees of all categories. Today, innovations come to the energy industry, modern technologies are implemented. Therefore, the personnel working in the industry must constantly improve the level of competence, successfully apply new knowledge and skills in practice," stresses Olga Vyazovova, the head of the HR office of IDGC of Centre – Tambovenergo division.
