Smolenskenergo for the first half of 2017 received almost 70 thousand calls from consumers

Over the past period, IDGC of Centre – Smolenskenergo division received 67,430 customer requests. The main number of calls is connected with the core service of the branch - connection to electric grids, as well as some value-added services.

For the first half of 2017 the most convenient form for consumers was the correspondence form of communication with specialists – the toll-free direct line of power engineers at 13-50, which was used by 43,579 people. One-third of customers applied for a personal visit to the customer service centre (CSC) or to specialists of points of work with consumers of Distribution Zones.

The Smolensk branch of IDGC of Centre constantly improves the quality system of rendered services, using modern technologies and communication channels, carries out activities aimed at improving the quality of services. Since 2015, Smolenskenergo operates a preliminary appointment recording system for reception in the customer service office. And in 2017 Smolenskenergo’s services can now be paid on-line. On the official site of IDGC of Centre an electronic service has started working that allows residents of the Smolensk region to pay a fee for services under grid connection agreements and all value-added services of the branch in a non-cash form (no commission).
