In the first half of the year more than 10 thousand residents of the region applied for Bryanskenergo’s services

IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division summed up the work with consumers for six months of this year. During the reporting period, the branch received 14,733 calls from residents of the Bryansk region, almost 90% of them have already been executed. More often clients applied for rendering services at a personal visit to the Customer Service Centre and points for work with consumers in Distribution Zones (9,218 calls).

The largest demand (5,490 calls) was with value-added services, the most popular among them in the first half of the year was the service "Replacement/installation of electricity meters" (3,262 calls). Citizens applied 3,139 times on grid connection issues, 597 - on technical maintenance of power grid facilities.
