Lipetskenergo summed up the investment program implementation for the first half of 2017

27.07.2017

For 6 months of 2017, 449 million rubles were allocated to the development of the power system of IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division, thanks to which 150 kilometres of power lines and 14.3 MVA capacities were commissioned.

The construction of new residential areas, enterprises, the development of industrial and economic clusters in the region poses new challenges for the grid complex and the branch "Lipetskenergo" copes with them. 23 transformer substations were constructed and 7 transformer substations were reconstructed in 12 districts of the region. The obligation to commission facilities for grid connection of all consumer groups for more than 249 million rubles (more than 1,000 residents of the region and almost 400 small and large businesses) was completely fulfilled.

All this allowed not only to ensure the reliability of energy supply to consumers in the developing districts of the Lipetsk region, but also to improve the quality of electricity, as well as significantly reduce the number of negative calls and complaints from citizens.

In addition, within a year, Lipetskenergo plans to complete the reconstruction of one of the significant and large-scale projects started earlier in the regional centre, the 110/6 kV substation "Privokzalnaya". Specialists have already started the second stage of its reconstruction. This substation provides power supply to the central and north-western part of the city of Lipetsk. Reliable energy supply to consumers of 9 micro-districts of the regional centre depends on its operation, including such socially significant facilities as boiler houses in Gagarin and Moscow streets, the Central City Clinical Hospital, the Palace of Sports "Star".

At this time, the specialists are replacing two 20 and 25 MVA transformers with a 40 MVA transformer. All work on the reconstruction of the substation "Privokzalnaya" is planned to be completed before the beginning of the autumn-winter period. Modernization of one of the oldest substations in Lipetsk will significantly improve the reliability of electricity supply to consumers.

"The investment program implementation is one of the priorities in the work of Lipetskenergo," stressed Sergey Dmitriev, Deputy Director for Capital Construction at IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division. The measures implemented within the framework of the investment program are aimed at creating conditions for connecting new customers and ensuring stable operation of energy facilities."
