Kurskenergo organized summer rest for employees and their children

IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division pays much attention to organization of the summer health campaign for employees and their children. Until the end of the summer more than 400 employees of the branch and their families will rest at sea, will improve their health in sanatoriums and health camps for children within the framework of the collective agreement and the voluntary medical insurance agreement.

One of the popular places for recreation of power engineers is the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory. In June of this year over 90 people rested in the resort cities of Gelendzhik and Temryuk. In August, more than 100 employees of the enterprise will go on holiday to the settlement of Lermontovo and to the Inal Bay of Tuapse district. The trade union committee of Kurskenergo pays for their travel.

Children of employees of Kurskenergo will also have a rest in summer health camps and children’s sanatoriums in Russia on preferential terms. According to the collective agreement, parents pay only 20% of the cost of the voucher, and the remaining part of the cost of their acquisition is taken over by the branch administration. Vouchers are provided free of charge to large families, incomplete families, families with children with disabilities.

In June 2017, more than 70 children of the company’s employees rested and gained strength in the sports and recreation centre named after V. Tereshkova near Kursk. Until the end of the summer holidays, about 20 children will improve their health in other sanatoriums and children’s camps in the Kursk region, including the recreation centres "Olimpiets" and "named after Gagarin", sanatoriums "Solovushka", "Gornyatsky", "Solovyinye Zori".

In general, Kurskenergo will spend 3.4 million rubles on the health improvement of employees and their children this year.

"Caring for the health of employees and their families is one of the main components of social support for personnel in Kurskenergo," says Igor Ivanov, the head of the social relations department of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division. "Every employee of the enterprise can take advantage of the opportunity of an affordable rest or get a sanatorium treatment, not only in the summer, but throughout the year."
